Panel Communication Failure

If your panel is showing a Red X over the cellular signal bars, don’t worry—it just means your panel has lost its connection to the monitoring center. Follow these simple steps to get back online:
Step 1: Reboot Your Panel
- Unplug your panel from the power outlet.
- Press and hold both the "Home" and "Call" buttons for 12 seconds.
- When prompted, enter your 4-digit master code to confirm the reboot.
- Once the panel shuts off, plug it back in.
- Wait 2–3 minutes for the panel to restart.
If you're still seeing the Red X, continue to step 2.
Step 2: Run a Cellular Test
- Tap “Settings” in the top right corner of your screen.
- Enter your 4-digit master code.
- Select “System”.
- Tap “Test System”.
- Press the “Test” button next to “Cellular Communication”.
Once the test is complete, you’ll be returned to the “Test System” screen. The button will turn green or teal, confirming a successful connection.
