Step 1: Reboot Your Panel Step 2: Run a Cellular Test

If your panel is showing a Red X over the cellular signal bars, don’t worry—it just means your panel has lost its connection to the monitoring center. Follow these simple steps to get back online:

Step 1: Reboot Your Panel

  1. Unplug your panel from the power outlet.
  2. Press and hold both the "Home" and "Call" buttons for 12 seconds.
  3. When prompted, enter your 4-digit master code to confirm the reboot.
  4. Once the panel shuts off, plug it back in.
  5. Wait 2–3 minutes for the panel to restart.

If you're still seeing the Red X, continue to step 2.

Step 2: Run a Cellular Test

  1. Tap “Settings” in the top right corner of your screen.
  2. Enter your 4-digit master code.
  3. Select “System”.
  4. Tap “Test System”.
  5. Press the “Test” button next to “Cellular Communication”.

Once the test is complete, you’ll be returned to the “Test System” screen. The button will turn green or teal, confirming a successful connection.
