Your panel communicates with both your sensors and the Monitoring Station through a secure cellular connection. Regularly testing this connection helps ensure your system is always ready to protect your home.
What Does This Test Do?
Cellular Communication Test checks your panel’s connection to:
- Nearby cell towers
- The Monitoring Station that alerts emergency services
How to Run the Cellular Communication Test
- Tap "Settings" on the top right corner of your panel
- Enter your 4-digit master code.
- Select "System"
- Tap "Test System"
- Press the "TEST" button next to"Cellular Communication"
