Sensor Batteries Guide

Door & Window Sensors, Key Remotes, and Panic Buttons:

• Use 2x CR2032 batteries.
• Available at Walmart and Target, and can also be purchased online.

Smoke/Heat/Freeze and Carbon Monoxide Detectors:

• Use 3x AAA batteries.
• Found easily at any local store, including online.

Motion Sensors:

• Use 1x CR123A battery.
• Available at Batteries Plus, Best Buy, or online retailers like Amazon.

Glass Break Sensors:

• Use 2x AA batteries.
• These are common and can be bought almost anywhere as well as online.

Flood Sensors

• Use 1x CR2450 battery
• This battery can usually be found at specialized stores like Batteries Plus and Best Buy. You can also purchase them online.

Alarm Panel and Hub Backup Battery

Uses a proprietary custom battery not available through retailers. You will need to contact us if this battery needs to be replaced on your Alarm Panel or Hub.
