Value Plan

When you purchase your equipment upfront you pay our lowest rates for your monitoring services. We give you the option to purchase your equipment so that in the event you move or if you decide to pause your monitoring services, you can do so at any time. Call our Support team to cancel, there are NO FEES or ADDITIONAL charges.

Economy Plan

This option is not available for some areas 

If you decide that you do not want to buy your equipment upfront, we agree to give you up to $415 in equipment (retail value); What do we ask in return?

1. Pay the first month's monitoring cost
2. Pay an additional $10 a month for the convenience of not paying for the equipment upfront for as long as you have monitoring
3. Keep our monitoring service for 36 months

After 36 months, your monitoring cost will remain the same and we will forgive your equipment balance. If you decide to cancel before the 36 months, give us a call and pay off your equipment balance. The equipment will be yours to keep and we will cancel your monthly monitoring services.

Paying Off Equipment

Your equipment balance can be found in your order confirmation email. If you decide that you would like to pay off your equipment, you can call our Support team at 855.268.3669 to make a payment for your equipment.
