Your Customer Portal is the easiest way to manage your billing, update your account information, and buy additional equipment—all in one place. Setting up your account takes just a few minutes.
Quick Setup Instructions
Check Your Email: After you sign up with Cove, you’ll receive a welcome email with a link to create your Portal account.
The link in the welcome email will expire after 7 days. If it has been more than 7 days since you received the email, please follow the steps to reset your password.
How to Sign Up for the Online Customer Portal
- Visit: http://portal.covesmart.com/sign-in/
- Select “Create one” under the Don’t have an account? prompt.
- Enter your email address (the one you used with Cove).
- Click “Create My Password.”
- On the next screen, choose your new password and click “Create My Password” again.
- A verification email will be sent to verify your account. Open this email and select "Verify Email."

After you complete the verification you will be able to log in and access your online portal account.
