How the Panic Button Works
The Panic Button is designed to trigger an alarm when the button is pressed. This alarm is received by our monitoring station and will result in a medical emergency dispatch to the location to provide assistance.
- To trigger this device, press firmly and hold the button for 3 seconds until the red LED light turns on. Please note:
- The button may be worn during showers and baths
- The button is water-resistant but NOT waterproof, DO NOT SUBMERGE
- This device sets off an alarm at the panel
You cannot speak to our monitoring team through this device, only send a signal
